US Senator Jeanne Shaheen pays Keene Systems a visit.

Today we welcomed United States Senator Jeanne Shaheen to the Keene Systems office. Jeanne Shaheen was the former governor of New Hampshire from 1997 to 2003 but is now serving our state in the US Senate. She stopped in to see how the 5 member businesses in the Enterprise Center are doing. We all had a lively discussion about how we are going to create new local jobs in the upcoming year and gave her a tour of the new building. I also discussed our efforts to promote alternative energy with the Keene Castle project and how we could collaborate with her since she is on the energy committee. This was the third chance I had to meet with her. The previous two were when she was still Governor.
